Policies Related To Cancellation, Reschedule, Change of Scope of Work and Refund

Cancellation Policy

  1. A customer can opt to cancel the work any time before the start of the project by calling the customer care.
  2. Refund of the paid amount is subject to following cancellation policy:

Note: Above refunds are applicable only if the project has not been postponed previously as per reschedule policy below. For such a project which has been previously postponed, no refund will be granted.

Reschedule Policy

  1. A customer can request a reschedule of work by calling the customer care.
  2. Reschedule charges may be applied as per the following reschedule policy:

25% of Rs 5000 whichever is lower

  1. Any reschedule charges has to be paid by the customers before the start of the work.

Change of Scope of Work

  1. A customer can request for change of scope of work up to 96 hours before the start of the work by calling the customer care. A processing fee of 10% or Rs 2000, whichever is lower, will be applicable.
  2. No change of scope of work will be possible less than 96 hours before the start of work.
  3. Any change in quote will be adjusted against the original quote. Any extra amount will have to be paid by the customer before work. Any amount paid in excess will be refunded and the refund will be processed in 21 days.

Refund Policy

  1. Amount of refund will be as per details provided in the Cancellation Policy.
  2. Applicable refund processing will be completed in 21 days.
  3. Refund processing will be to the same credit/debit card or bank account through which the payment was made.
  4. The company is not responsible for any delay in refund due to problems or delay at bank or payment gateway.
  5. The company is not responsible for any error of refund processing done by the bank or payment gateway. However, we will assist the customer as well as bank and payment gateway in all possible ways to rectify it.
